Woke up today to about 1” of new white snow covering everything! Doug says it just acts like insulation on the roof!!! It is about 9am the snow is melting and everything is muddy and dirty!!! Brings back memories of spring in the northeast!!!! We are in Watson Lake, Yukon Territory. Will see if there is anything worth while seeing here and decide if we will spend another night. This campground is not bad. The spaces are not very nice, all gravel and mud, but the facilities are nice and they are very clean. Sitting in the laundry right now waiting for wash to finish while Doug vacuums the RV!!!
We are finding most things in the Yukon don’t open until June. I can understand why!! We drove in and out of snow showers today. Took a couple of pictures and that was about all. Made it to Whitehorse today. There is a lot to see, but as in other towns most of it does not open until June. We may just have to come back this way to see what we missed!!!

The Yukon, WOW that sounds like the the gold rush days. Sorry that you are not able to see a lot of things, but you do have the time to come back. Those signs do look great, I bet that was fun. Sorry you are having so much snow, but you know what that is like. Take care will look for you next time.
Love Ruth
