May 21st - Was a beautiful clear day and very relaxing. We sailed all day and spent most of the time looking for whales. We did see some, but they are so fast we did not get any pictures. Tonight we stopped at Victoria, BC. We did not get in until around 8pm and had to leave at 11, so we decided not to even get off the ship. We enjoyed our last day out with a lot of relaxation, and it was good that we did!!!
May 22nd - Pulled into port at 7am and we were off by 8:30 and headed to the airport. When we planned this trip we did not realize this was Memorial Day weekend!!!! Not only were the flights full, four airlines had plane breakdown, including one of Continentals, and all those passengers had to be transferred to other flights. We waited around until about 1pm and decided there was no way we were going to get on a flight so we went to a motel.
