Sorry I have not been online but the internet has not been available. I could not begin to describe the overwhelming sense of awe we feel following the path of Jesus. So this will only give you a glimps of what we see. I also want to tell you that periodically during this blog you will see a "BBF". This is what we refer to as 'BarbsBlogFodder"! When you see this you know it is a 'pearl of wisdom'! This trip is not only full of wonderful sights and enlightenment, but it is also full of lots of laughs. We don't want you to miss out on them!!! I will also try to upload pictures when I can. Sometimes the connect is slow and I will not beable to do more than one, or none at all.

We arrived in Tel Aviv around 9:30AM. It was noon before we got out of the airport. Had our first ‘lost’ experience on our way to Neot Kedumin a botanical gardens with biblical plants. It was very interesting. We had our 2nd experience when we left the gardens on our way to the kibbutz. We wound around and went through a section of the West Bank. All of you that have traveled with Bill in the past will appreciate this!!! One of Bill's favorite statements is "We will get lot, get over it!"
Next day we went to the museum that has the Boat of Galilee. It was fantastic. This is the exact spot where they found the boat. We could almost visualize the desciples fishing from this boat.
After the museum we went to the Cliffs of Arbel where the Jews hid from the Romans. It is above the jezreel valley where Jesus passed on his way from Capernaum to Nazareth. It is just awsome and a little serriel to realize that you are walking in places where Jesus walked. It is also amazing to see how far he walked and the terrain he covered.
BBF: We were trying to get to Nazareth with Tim navigating! He followed a truck like it knew where we were going! Turned out it was NOT going where we were!!! (Don't tell Tim, but he really has done a great job!!)
