Got up to freezing temperatures, TT was white with a heavy frost this morning!!
It was sunny and clear and we went back to the Grand Canyon in the car. We went in the opposite direction than we took on Friday. It is all so breath taking!!! Took over 150 pics today and will have trouble deciding which ones to put on the blog!!
I was also going crazy because there are so many wonderful rocks and I couldn’t get any!!! Guess they frown on people taking anything from the park!!!
However, we did do some rock hunting after we left the park and I found my first geode!!!! I am so excited, I never thought I would find one so soon!!!
For those of you who do not know what a geode is - Geodes are essentially rock cavities with internal crystal formations. I know you have all seen them in gift shops.
