A bit overcast and sprinkles this morning, but we are told it will be nice this afternoon. Our neighbor fell down the stairs during the night last night and the ambulance took her away. Seems she did something to her shoulder. They are right next to us and neither Doug or I heard a thing during the night and they say the ambulance sat right in front of our RV for about a half hour!!! We both must have been really tired!!!
We went on a very rugged hike to see some beautiful waterfalls. Doug and I are in such bad shape, but the view was worth it, even though It was a bit overcast.
We really like this little town of Smithers. It has been restored very nicely, the people are very friendly and the area is just beautiful. Went to their little museum and we were so impressed. It is small, but very well done. Jane, you would enjoy it as the town was settled by immigrants from the Netherlands and there is a lot of history about the immigration and their way of life.
We will stay here tomorrow and leave on Sunday.
